pALS: We realize that submitting a ticket can be hard for some pALS. Please reach out to your caregivers to submit tickets.
There are two ways to submit a ticket:

Follow these three easy steps:
· Step 1: Gather information about the problem, issue, or question. The more information you send us, the quicker we can answer your question. If you can, capture a screen shot using your mobile device.
· Step 2: Prepare an email to send to our support team or enter a ticket through the ALS Never Surrender portal. See instructions below.
· Step 3: Send the email or submit the ticket through the ALS NeverSurrender portal. Our support team will respond to you via email.
