            How do I submit a ticket?

            Having trouble using the ALS iNvolve app? Do you have a suggestion to enhance the app or website? Do you have a question that you can’t find the answer in our knowledgebase? You can submit a ticket to our support team to get answers.

            pALS: We realize that submitting a ticket can be hard for some pALS. Please reach out to your caregivers to submit tickets.

            There are two ways to submit a ticket:

            1.       Through the ALS NeverSurrender portal:

            2.       Send an email to our support team:

            support@alsneversurrender.org for questions regarding the ALS NeverSurrender Foundation, website, fundraising, donations, volunteer opportunities, or anything related to the Foundation.

            support@alsinvolve.com for questions and issues regarding ALS iNVOLVE patient app.

            support@alsengage.com for questions and issues regarding ALS eNGAGE institution app.

            Follow these three easy steps:

            ·         Step 1: Gather information about the problem, issue, or question. The more information you send us, the quicker we can answer your question. If you can, capture a screen shot using your mobile device.

            ·         Step 2: Prepare an email to send to our support team or enter a ticket through the ALS Never Surrender portal. See instructions below.

            ·         Step 3: Send the email or submit the ticket through the ALS NeverSurrender portal. Our support team will respond to you via email.
