            How do I submit a ticket?

            Having trouble using the ALS iNvolve app? Do you have a suggestion to enhance the app or website? Do you have a question that you can’t find the answer in our knowledgebase? You can submit a ticket to our support team to get answers.

            pALS: We realize that submitting a ticket can be hard for some pALS. Please reach out to your caregivers to submit tickets.

            There are two ways to submit a ticket:

            1.       Through the ALS NeverSurrender portal:


            2.       Send an email to our support team:

   for questions regarding the ALS NeverSurrender Foundation, website, fundraising, donations, volunteer opportunities, or anything related to the Foundation.

   for questions and issues regarding ALS iNVOLVE patient app.

   for questions and issues regarding ALS eNGAGE institution app.

            Follow these three easy steps:

            ·         Step 1: Gather information about the problem, issue, or question. The more information you send us, the quicker we can answer your question. If you can, capture a screen shot using your mobile device.

            ·         Step 2: Prepare an email to send to our support team or enter a ticket through the ALS Never Surrender portal. See instructions below.

            ·         Step 3: Send the email or submit the ticket through the ALS NeverSurrender portal. Our support team will respond to you via email.
